2. Quotations and Payment

 

• Quotations: All quotes provided by Jorge Tree are estimates based on our initial assessment of the project. The final cost may change due to unforeseen issues or if you request additional work. We will always quote and agree upon any extra work with you before we proceed.

• Payment: A deposit may be required before we start the job. Full payment is due upon the completion of the service. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified on your invoice. Please note that late payments may be subject to a fee.

3. Your Responsibilities

 

• Property Access: You are responsible for providing clear and safe access to the work area. This includes moving any personal items, like vehicles or outdoor furniture, that may get in the way of our team and equipment.

• Permits and Regulations: It is your responsibility to secure any necessary permits or permissions from local authorities or your Homeowners' Association (HOA) before we begin work.

• Underground Utilities: You must inform us of any underground utilities, such as sprinkler systems, septic tanks, or unmarked power lines, in the work area. Jorge Tree is not responsible for damage to any utilities that were not properly marked or disclosed to us.

4. Safety and Liability

 

• Safety: The safety of our team and our clients is a top priority. For your own safety, please keep a safe distance from the work area while we are operating.

• Liability: While Jorge Tree takes every precaution to prevent damage, we are not liable for damage to your property that is not caused by our negligence. We cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing damage to the property.

5. Cancellations

 

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, you must notify Jorge Tree at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Unless your quote states otherwise, all wood, chips, and other debris from the job will be removed from your property. If you wish to keep the wood or chips, please let us know before the service begins.
